  1. I’m doing 7 out of 10 of these routines.”Burning Calories” is something I have trouble committing to. I always feel as though I don’t have enough free time to exercise. It was better before that I can still spend time walking when going to walk but since WFH my routine took a big turn. I can’t leave my work desk for a long time 🙁 

  2. Hi there, I found this very interesting to see what successful do as part of their early morning routing. I currently do 5 of these, so I could include more in my morning routine. I always read before I go to bed at night, rather than in the morning, so this would be one that I most probably would not add to my morning routine.
