  1. What sums it up for me is the quote by the Dalai Lama ‘Happiness is the highest form of health’. This is backed up by one of the longest studies being done on adult development. The Chair Robert Waldinger says that at the start of the study people were asked what would make them happy. The majority said money and fame. After several years had passed it was discovered that the healthiest people were the ones that invested in their relationships. had strong bonds and were happiest. If we want to make the most of our lives then I wholeheartedly support this approach.

  2. Thank you for reminding me to relax and take a break. I agree with Mark Black that relaxing is sometimes the most useful thing a person can do. All of your ideas, in my opinion, will align only when you are calm enough.I agree with   Nelson Mandela saying that “It always looks impossible until it is done.”   And I can testify to the fact that there was a case in my life where I saw this to be true.
