  4. I can certainly relate to several of the points you make in this article about inner peace and happiness. I find decluttering on any level helps with feeling lighter and less weighed down. Even if it’s just decluttering a room in the house, it leads to a lighter mental feeling. And, mental decluttering is a wonderful tool for achieving greater peace.

    Another point I can relate to well is practicing gratitude daily. I found out that it’s not something most of us do naturally, but when you make the effort to do it consciously, it really changes how you see things and how you feel.

    I’ve been following a spiritual teacher named Eckhart Tolle and his work makes a lot of sense to me. It has really helped me to stay focused on the present moment where I always feel calmer and happier. You may be familiar with him.

  5. This has been a very interesting read. and for me, one of the key parts of your post is changing the way we define ourselves. Most people think on one side of the balance being the problem. But in my book, the truth is that if we have a higher concept of our selves than we should have, that is a root to as many problems as having a lower concept. Now my question is, how do we have a proper view of ourselves when it is very difficult to not be overwhelmed by the circumstances in which we are in?

    1. During difficult periods, you should remember someone is going throung or has gone through this and survived. You learn something new from every situation, with learning comes growth.
