Sometimes, as individuals, we get so involved and focused on our own lives that we tend to get tunnel vision and forget to follow the steps you’ve outlined in your post. I have definitely been there before myself, and I completely agree that it is important to set goals but many also forget that taking breaks is important and often goes overlooked!
