I always heard about having a positive mindset. I have done most of these steps besides the one. The first tip I never thought about and I tend to talk negative a lot or make use harsh words. I will definitely have a look into that and change. Do you have any specific books a person can read? I usually hate to read books.

I want to make reading part of my daily routine. And I know the benefits is has. I have been reading sporadically during this past year. And I have already found several interesting books. But I need to be consistent with my reading until I make it a habit. I have also been trying to break away from my routine by incorporating new and challenging things to do.
